How to Apply Aviva Vinyls:

Flock Flex Vinyl:

1. Make your design and flip (mirror image)

2. Cut from the back of the sheet

3. Weed your design

4. Heat Press (Temperature: 320°F - Time: 10-12 seconds)

5. Peel off (Warm or cool)

   
   

   Specs: Polyurethane vinyl - 20” wide - 500 micron thickness

   Application materials: Cotton, Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends [T-shirts, Sport jerseys, Uniforms, Hoodies & Sweatshirts, Jackets, Caps, Umbrellas, etc.]

   Washing Instructions: Machine Wash Warm, Use Non-Chlorine Bleach Only, Tumble Dry Medium

Ultra Soft 3D Puff Vinyl:

1. Make your design and flip (mirror image)

2. Cut the design on the GLOSSY side of the vinyl

3. Weed your design

4. Heat Press MATTE side facing up(Temperature: 260°F to 280°F - Pressure: Medium - Time: 8-10 seconds)

5. Peel (HOT)

We highly recommend performing a test before proceeding with standard production.
